Due to various USA state regulations, we regret to inform you that we are currently relocating our USA dispatch unit. This process is likely to take weeks to complete.
As of the 9th of May 2012 all outstanding USA orders will be dispatched from our European dispatching unit and shipped via International Registered postal service with Tracking.
Unfortunately also due to various USA state regulations we have lost our USPS COD shipping service. We can no longer ship any COD orders within the USA.
PAYMENT ALTERNATIVES:
ALERT PAY: we do accept alert pay payment for USA customers except those in the following states : New York, Massachusetts and California.
If you agree to this method please place your order again on our site and choose PAYMENT VIA ALERT PAY. Once we have received your payment we will immediately ship your good and provide you with the tracking code.
DOMESTIC WIRE PAYMENTS WITH A 15% DISCOUNT: we now accept direct payments to a USA payment processing bank account. This is a USA domestic payment not an international payment. Bill payments are usually made with this method, subject to minimum bank charges and quick money transfer times.
Simply copy and paste your ORDER NUMBER in the” payment description/message” and use your USA personal account to make a payment. Domestic Wire Transfers to a USA bank account which is a very fast and reliable payment method.
PRODUCT SHIPPING!
EUROPEAN DISPATCH CENTRE: all USA order must now be shipped via our European dispatch centre. Each International EMS tracked Delivery can take up to 8 working days to arrive from dispatch. As soon as the goods are shipped you will be given a tracking code. After approx 3-5 days the package will enter the USA and from there be shipped direct to you via USPS and will be available for tracking.
Please follow the payment instructions above using the method would suits you best and we will make sure to do whatever it takes to get the order to you ASAP. We do have stock ready to ship as soon as we receive the payment we can ship to you immediately.
